  Film Thickness        2 - 3 mils is typical

      *Kynar [TM Arkema Inc] and Hylar [TM Ausimont USA Inc] PVDF resins

Application   

  Substrate                Aluminum or Galvalum

  Pretreatment          Amorphous Chromium Phosphate (preferred) or Similar

  Cure Schedule       10 mins at 450F  (substrate temperature)

  PC-2000 powder coatings meet or exceed the properties of AAMA 2605-98

  A wide range of colors are available including metallics and clear top coat.
